Mojito d'ici

Ingredients

50 ml 3 Lakes Spirits Co. White Rum
8 mint leaves
1 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. maple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters (optional)
Top up with soda

Recipe

In a highball glass filled with ice, pour all ingredients and stir well with a spoon. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaves.
